Goals and objectives of PR department

• PR department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia ensures transparency in and public access to the Ministry’s activities as well as dissemination and protection of common information.
• Via mass media PR Department highlights Ministry’s policy and priorities, projected goals and importance of reforms. PR Department ensures monitoring of information within the departments, structural units, and divisions of the Ministry.
• Along with mass media PR department permanently collaborates with the administration of the President of Georgia, Office of the Prime-Minister, and foreign Diplomatic Corps to Georgia as well as Georgian diplomats abroad.  
• PR department schedules and determines advertising, image and informational strategies;
• Envisaging activities of the Ministry, governmental projects, informational-advertising format and requirements of the Diplomatic Corps PR department creates informational bank;

PR department permanently implements press monitoring and recording of photo and video materials.
