Current Agreements:

  • The Agreement’s signing procedures are ongoing with India, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Belarus.

International ratings

  • Georgia is ranked 58th in the Network Readiness (NRI) index among 139 countries in the World Economic Forum's 2016 Global Information Technology Report. Georgia has improved 30 places comparing to 2012;
  • Information and Communication Technology Development Index of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) - 72 (from 175 countries), in 2016 rates Georgia improved 13 places in the ranking comparing to 2010. 
  • In the global innovation index (GII) jointly published by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Cornell University (Cornell University) and The European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), Georgia is ranked 64th among 128 countries. Country moved forward with 9 places in the ranking in 2016 comparing to 2015 and with 20 places comparing to 2010.
