First Technology Hub shall be housed in the former Parliament Building.

The Technology Hub will combine various components. An interactive scientific-technological museum, a startup accelerator, an international IT school, a conference space, a common workspace, a powerful data center for the development of Georgian artificial intelligence, electronics, robotics, drones, IoT, STEAM, industrial innovations (fablab) and other experimental laboratories will be provided in the territory. The hub will also house a VR/AR Gaming lab, meeting and training rooms for startups and IT specialists. Accordingly, one of the largest technological parks will be located in the Technology Hub of Kutaisi, which is to be opened in the fall of 2025.

The Technology Hub of Kutaisi will soon become the center of attraction for the population of Kutaisi, Imereti and the rest of Georgia.
