Mariam Kvrivishvili Introduces Ekaterine Sisaouri as the New Head of the Oil and Gas Corporation

Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, introduced Ekaterine Sisaouri as the new General Director of the Oil and Gas Corporation to its employees. Previously, Sisaouri served as the Corporation’s Director for Financial and Property Management.

“Ekaterine has worked in this system for many years, is an experienced professional in the field, and has comprehensive knowledge of the Oil and Gas Corporation’s activities. The Corporation itself is a significant component of the energy sector and does great work for our country. I am confident that with joint efforts, hard work, and dedication, we will undertake even more new, important projects, and the agency and its entire team will work successfully with the new leadership” – Mariam Kvrivishvili stated.

Nino Enukidze, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, attended the presentation of the Corporation’s new General Director.

Ekaterine Sisaouri has many years of experience in leadership positions. She began her work at the Oil and Gas Corporation in 2018 as Director of Property Management. In June 2022, as a result of the merger of positions, her title was defined as Director for Financial and Property Management. Additionally, Ekaterine Sisaouri has held various positions at different times, including such positions as a Chairperson of the LEPL National Agency of State Property, a Deputy Manager of the LEPL House of Justice Tbilisi branch, a Head of Administration of the Tbilisi Registration Service of the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, etc.

Ekaterine Sisaouri holds a degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.
