Deputy Ministers of Economy and Sustainable Development, Genadi Arveladze and Irakli Nadareishvili, met with the Vice President of Botswana, Ndaba Nkosinathi Gaolathe, being on official visit to Georgia.
The meeting emphasized the importance of further developing economic ties between Georgia and Botswana. The guests expressed interest in the ongoing capital market reform in Georgia and state support programs for local entrepreneurship.
It was noted that Georgia is outstanding in the region both for its ongoing economic and structural reforms and its high rate of economic growth.
Mikheil Khidureli, the Director of the Enterprise Georgia Agency, Giorgi Gurgenidze, the Head of the Capital Market Development, Insurance Policy, and Pension Reform Department of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and Givi Zedelashvili, the Head of the Trade Development and International Economic Relations Department of the Ministry also participated in the meeting.
