In 2025, export was increased by 11,2% and equaled a record 7291,2 million USD. Domestic export was increased by 12,5% and the volume amounted to 3367,4 million USD.
Similar to exports, the volume of the trade turnover in 2025 also reached a record number – the growth equaled 10,1%. It is noteworthy that in December 2025, the trade turnover was determined at 2521,1 million USD, which is by 12,1% higher than the figure for the corresponding period of the previous year.
In December of last year, the export was also increased by 22,5% – the figure for its volume is 673,2 million USD. It should be emphasized that domestic exports (excluding re-exports) was increased by 58,1% compared to December of the previous year, and its volume amounted to 368,0 million USD. In the structure of exports in 2025, the shares of Kyrgyzstan (20,6%), Kazakhstan (12,5%), and EU countries (12,0%) are noteworthy. By country, a significant increase in exports was recorded in 2025 to Kyrgyzstan, Bulgaria, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Russia, and Uzbekistan, while by product, the largest shares in the export structure of 2025 are held by: motor cars, precious metal ores, spirituous beverages, natural grape wines, ferro-alloys, mineral and fresh waters, etc.
Among the largest export products, the export of motor cars, precious metal ores and concentrates, hazelnuts and other nuts, petroleum and petroleum oils, mineral and aerated waters, nitrogenous fertilizers, and mineral and fresh waters increased significantly in 2025.
It is worth noting that until now, the volume of exports and trade turnover in 2024 was also a record: trade turnover in 2024 was increased by 8,1% and equaled 23,4 billion USD, while exports was increased by 7,8% and amounted to 6,6 billion USD.
