Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, met with the Accredited Permanent Representatives to the United Nations. At the meeting, the Minister briefed the UN Ambassadors on Georgia’s economic trends, ongoing and scheduled reforms, as well as large-scale transport and logistics projects.
The parties discussed cooperation opportunities in the fields of trade, transport and logistics, as well as tourism. The meeting highlighted the fruitful cooperation with the UN over the last three decades, which once again underscores Georgia’s status as a reliable international economic partner and the country’s institutional stability.
Genadi Arveladze, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, and David Bakradze, Ambassador of Georgia to the UN, also participated in the meeting.
