Functions of the Human Resources Management Department:

 

  • Ensuring high productivity of the Ministry's human resources;
  • Ensuring the alignment of human resources with the Ministry's needs;
  • Continuously developing the Ministry's human resources in accordance with the Ministry's priorities;
  • Ensuring increased employee motivation, development, and improvement of work performance quality;
  • Organizing employee selection and appointment processes;
  • Developing, implementing, and updating the employee performance evaluation system;
  • Researching and analyzing employee motivation;
  • Organizing personnel administration and HR documentation management;
  • Ensuring state policy on public service human resources management within the Ministry's system, and developing a unified HR management policy in accordance with modern standards;
  • Providing coordination and methodological guidance for the operation of HR units within the institutions under the Ministry's system.

  • Human Resources Management Policy Division;
  • Selection and Development Division.
