During the current summer season, the Ukrainian airline company – Ukraine International Airlines, will perform regular direct flights from the Ukrainian town of Zaporozhye to Batumi International Airport.

Zaporozhye-Batumi-Zaporozhye flights will be performed twice a week (on Wednesdays and Fridays) from 21 June until September 15 of 2017 using the Boeing B737, Airbus A320/321 and EMBRAER ERJ190 type aircrafts. 

Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia held consultations with the airline as well as the Ukrainian aviation authorities on the issues related to launching the flights into new direction. Ukraine International Airlines were granted the relevant permission today. 

Increased geographical area of the air traffic will further simplify the travel between the two countries and make even more convenient.
