The event was held at the Tbilisi City Assembly.

“A postal stamp, in addition to its direct purpose, which involves confirming payment for sending postal items and philately, is also the country's calling card. It features important events from the country’s history, culture, and sports, among others. The Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development pays special attention to the process of creating and releasing a postal stamp into circulation” – Deputy Minister Tamar Ioseliani stated in her speech at the presentation.

The Chairman of the Tbilisi City Assembly, Zurab Abashidze, opened the presentation. General Director of Georgian Post, Giorgi Eradze, members of the Tbilisi City Assembly, and invited guests also addressed the society.

The Head of the Georgian Post, Giorgi Eradze, handed over one jubilee stamp to the Dimitri Kipiani Museum.

The commemorative postal stamp was produced in close cooperation with the Tbilisi City Assembly, by the decision of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, and through the Georgian Post.

The postal stamp has been in circulation since October 23, 2025, and is available at Georgian Post service centers across Georgia.
