Mariam Kvrivishvili participated in the Istanbul International Natural Resources Summit

Mariam Kvrivishvili delivered a speech at the Energy Ministers’ session held within the framework of the summit, titled “Energy Security in a Changing Global Landscape: Connectivity and Cooperation.”

High-ranking officials from various countries along with representatives of leading companies in the energy and mining sectors, international organizations and financial institutions attended the Natural Resources Summit, opened by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,

During the visit, Mariam Kvrivishvili held a high-level bilateral meeting with Alparslan Bayraktar, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey. Additionally, a quadrilateral meeting was held with the energy ministers of Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Bulgaria, where the parties discussed projects of regional importance and prospects for future cooperation.

Deputy Minister Tamar Ioseliani is in Turkey alongside Mariam Kvrivishvili.
