Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Signed Between Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and Chinese Giant, Dabaihui Industrial Group

A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and major Chinese holding, Shenzhen Dabaihui Industrial Group. The document was signed by Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili and President of the company, Wen Yuxuan.

The Memorandum envisions deepening bilateral cooperation and promoting investments in the energy sector and renewable energy development.

Under the framework of the Memorandum, a joint working group will be established to review investment projects submitted by Dabaihui Group. On its part, the Chinese side will prepare and submit specific initiatives and investment proposals regarding the construction of renewable energy power plants.

Deputy Ministers Genadi Arveladze and Inga Pkhaladze, as well as Executive Vice Presidents of Shenzhen Dabaihui Industrial Group Li Shetang and Qu Zunkui, along with other representatives of the business group also attended the meeting.

Shenzhen Dabaihui Industrial Group (DBH) is one of the largest business groups operating in China’s Guangdong Province and the city of Shenzhen. Founded in 1994, the company currently unites 26 subsidiaries across sectors such as energy, real estate, mining, biotechnology and hospitality.
