After the 2-year study of the environment, this was the key factor that encouraged the company to enter the Georgian market. “We are very pleased to be in Georgia. We chose your country, because it has got favorable investment conditions. For us, Georgia is an example of how to develop an investment. Before coming to Georgia, we analyzed and discussed about several factors, we conducted a survey and worked with investment groups. We also analyzed the current marketing trends of Georgia with the German Business Association. And finally, we found a positive investment environment in here. I would like to emphasize the importance of anti-corruption environment in Georgia, which is really good. In addition, the process of starting a business with you is quite simple. One of the reasons why we came to your country is your unusual human resources. We focus on language skills, such as German, English and Russian. In this respect, you definitely have a good base which will allow us to employ more people in our company” - Customer Service Director of Arvato, Mathias Moulin reported.

The company has employed 130 qualified people and invested about 3 million of investment so far. However, as the Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Ketevan Bochorishvili noted, they intend to increase the number of employers up to 500 people.

As the Deputy Minister emphasized, this is a result of the right politics of the Georgian Government. After 2 years of preliminary researches, Arvato came to the conclusion to open a new office in Georgia and continue their activities here. This is the politics we drive at and our main goal is to attract new businesses to come and serve European markets from Georgia. Their decision to enter the Georgian market is a result of several factors, such as the support to the business, which means the availability of qualified working power and most importantly, the stable and prospective environment of Georgia” Ketevan Bochorishvili stated.
