The Government of Georgia launched the periodical technical inspection reform on January 1, 2018, which is still being implemented with expected completeness of the technical inspection of motor vehicles registered in Georgia by the end of 2019.

As to contribute to the efficiency and the feasibility of the periodical technical inspection as well as to provide all citizens with the opportunity to have their own motor vehicles technically inspected in every region of Georgia preferably, it is very important to arrange the modern inspection centers on the entire territory of the country.

To this end, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia announced the call for submission of the proposals in three lots according to the number of testing lines of vehicles, and geographical distribution in which Premium Resident LLC was declared the winner.

On June 29, 2018, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and Premium Residence LLC signed a contract within the framework of which additional inspection lines will be constructed / arranged in different municipalities of Georgia before the end of 2018.

It should be also noted that Premium Resident has taken the responsibility of arranging the periodical technical inspection centers for motor vehicles through the technical services provided by the Spanish company of Applus Iteuve Technology, S.L.U., which is an acclaimed leader in the field of technical inspection of motor vehicles in the world.
